Laketricity is the independent project development entity of the Ciel & Terre group. We focus on the development of floating photovoltaic power plants that generate revenue and green energy. Our team relies on many years of experience acquired through strong collaboration with our parent company.

We take the time to define the recruitment need with the manager to give you the most accurate picture possible of the position’s expectations.

As soon as we receive the CVs and cover letters, we select the candidates matching our search.
The HR department is responsible for conducting a telephone interview to confirm the initial correlation between the candidate, the position and the company.
At the end of the telephone interview, feedback is given to the manager. He or she chooses the profiles for the in-person (or video) interview, taking into account the information provided by HR.
The interview with the manager went well, but he or she would like to have a more technical assessment. You will therefore conduct an interview with one of the team member to assess your technical skills and knowledge.
