- Our offices are integrated into eco-designed complexes. Our head office, based in Bordeaux, is located within the Darwin ecosystem, an eco-responsible third-party place resolutely committed to the ecological transition.
- We seek to limit the carbon footprint generated by our travels by favoring the train but also by lending bicycles to our employees for their daily commute.

Our recruitment process
1 | Definition of the need
We take the time to define the recruitment need with the manager to give you the most accurate picture possible of the position’s expectations.
2 | Publication of the offer
We publish our recruitment offers on Job boards that we find the most relevant as well as on our page “Join us”.
3 | CV sourcing and candidate selection
As soon as we receive the CVs and cover letters, we select the candidates matching our search.
4 | Telephone interview
The HR department is responsible for conducting a telephone interview to confirm the initial correlation between the candidate, the position and the company.
5 | Physical interview
At the end of the telephone interview, feedback is given to the manager. He or she chooses the profiles for the in-person (or video) interview, taking into account the information provided by HR.
6 | Technical interview
The interview with the manager went well, but he or she would like to have a more technical assessment. You will therefore conduct an interview with one of the team member to assess your technical skills and knowledge.
7 | Proposal
You have passed the interview stages brilliantly, well done! We want you to join us! A proposal is thus submitted to you.
8 | Arrival Day
